Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit full‐length, original research, anonymized regular manuscripts in PDF format with a minimum of 10 pages of technical content. Manuscripts should formatted as a one column style with standard sections for a research papers; Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgements, and References. During submission, papers must be anonymous for double-blind reviewing.
Authors have to draft their manuscripts using the following templates:

The LaTeX template is highly recommended.
Authors are required to submit their papers in PDF format.
